Odour control, not sweat control
Sweat itself has little smell. Bacteria on the skin break it down, and that causes odour. A deodorant tackles odour with antibacterial agents, odour absorbers and fragrance. It does not stop you from sweating.
The scent carries the brand
Deodorants are bought on scent. Fragrance has to survive the base, last through the day and stay gentle on shaved underarm skin. We trial two or three fragrance directions and test them on skin.
Aerosol is a separate route
Aerosol deodorants need gas filling equipment and pressure-pack approvals. If aerosol is part of your plan, tell us at the brief stage and we confirm what is possible before you commit.
