Samples are free. The customer pays the shipping cost.

We keep your formulas and project information confidential. Ownership of formulas, designs and artwork is set out in the written agreement for each project.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for the claims, labelling and legal compliance of your finished products in the markets where you sell them. We provide regulatory paperwork and labelling guidance, but the final decisions on your products are yours.

To the extent the law allows, Formuluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for products is set out in the written agreement for each project.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kaithal, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to the written agreement for your project.
