What does Formuluxe do?
Formuluxe is a GMP-compliant contract cosmetic manufacturer in Haryana, India. We make skincare, hair care and 13 more categories for brands, under private label, third-party and bulk manufacturing.
Who do you work with?
We work with brands of different sizes. We have served 300+ brands since 2019, from first launches to repeat bulk orders.
Where is Formuluxe located?
We are located at Civil Hospital Rd, near Hospital, Kaul, Pundri, Haryana 136021, India. Customers are welcome to visit. Contact us first and we will confirm a time.
What are your working hours?
Mon to Sat, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (IST). Sunday closed.
What is the difference between your three services?
Private label: pick a tested formula and add your brand, scent and packaging (from 1,000 units). Third-party: you bring the formula or idea and we make it (from 2,000 units). Bulk: large runs of a proven formula (from 5,000 units).
Services
Which service is right for a new brand?
If you do not have a formula, private label is the usual starting point. If you have your own formula or a clear idea, choose third-party. If your product is already selling at volume, choose bulk.
What is private label cosmetic manufacturing?
You choose a ready-tested formula and add your own brand, label, box, scent and packaging. We make the product. It is sometimes called white label manufacturing.
What is third-party or contract cosmetic manufacturing?
You own the formula or the idea and we make the product for you. We develop, make and fill it, and keep it confidential. It is also called contract or OEM manufacturing.
Can I move from private label to bulk later?
Yes. Many brands start small and grow. We support reorders and growth.
MOQ, pricing and timelines
What are your minimum order quantities?
Private label starts from 1,000 units, third-party from 2,000 units and bulk from 5,000 units.
How long does manufacturing take?
Private label typically takes 4–6 weeks and third-party 6–8 weeks. Bulk timelines are planned with you. Tell us about your product and we will confirm.
How is the price decided?
We give you a quote after we develop the formula and choose the packaging, because the price depends on both. Share your idea and quantity to start.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are free; you pay only for shipping.
How do I get a quote?
Send your idea, product category and expected quantity through our contact page, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will reply with the right service, formula, packaging and a quote.
Formula and customisation
Can I use my own formula?
Yes. With third-party manufacturing you bring your formula and we make it.
Will my formula be kept confidential?
Yes. Your formulas and ideas stay confidential.
Can I choose my own scent, label and box?
Yes. With private label you choose your own brand, scent, label, box and packaging.
Can you develop a new formula for me?
Yes. Our R&D team and in-house lab develop a safe, stable formula for your product, with sampling support.
Can you make a product that is not on your list?
We can make a wide variety of products. If you do not see what you want in our categories, let us know and we will work on it.
Packaging and design
Do you supply packaging?
Yes. We handle packaging end to end: bottles, tubes, jars, custom boxes and label printing. Our purchase team helps you choose the right packaging, and we check it works with your formula.
Do you help with label and brand design?
Yes. We help with label and brand design, so your products arrive ready to sell.
Will my products be ready to sell when they arrive?
Yes. We fill, label and box your products, so they are ready to sell as soon as they arrive.
Quality and certificates
Is Formuluxe GMP-compliant?
Yes. We are a GMP-compliant cosmetic manufacturer.
Which certifications do you hold?
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 22716, cruelty-free and vegan, and organic (USDA or COSMOS). Tell us which documents you need and we will confirm what we can share.
Do you have an in-house lab?
Yes. We have an in-house laboratory.
Do you do stability testing?
Yes. We test your product for stability, so it stays safe and consistent over its shelf life.
How do you check quality?
We check quality at every stage of production, and test that your product works well with your packaging.
Do you send batch records?
Yes. Every shipment comes with batch records.
Do you help with regulatory paperwork?

What must be printed on a cosmetic label in India?
Cosmetic labels in India generally carry the product name, the manufacturer’s name and address, a batch number, an expiry or use-before date, the net content, the ingredients and directions or warnings where needed, and the manufacturing licence number. Packaged goods rules also apply. We review your label with you before printing. Confirm your own obligations with a regulatory professional.
Is animal testing allowed for cosmetics in India?
No. India has banned animal testing of cosmetics, and it does not allow imports of cosmetics tested on animals. Formuluxe holds cruelty-free and vegan certification.
Do I need a licence to sell cosmetics under my own brand in India?
Anyone who manufactures cosmetics in India needs a licence from the State Licensing Authority. A brand that has its products made at another company’s licensed premises generally applies for a loan licence in its own name, using an agreement with the manufacturer. Rules and forms can change and vary by state. Tell us your plan and we will guide you on the paperwork. Confirm your own obligations with a regulatory professional or your State Licensing Authority.

Which product categories do you make?
We manufacture 15 categories: skincare, hair care, body care and bath, sun care, men’s grooming, baby and kids care, personal care and hygiene, oral care, fragrance and perfume, pet care, herbal and Ayurvedic, pregnancy and maternity care, intimate care and wellness, dermacosmetics and clinical care, and essential oils and aromatherapy.
Can you make herbal or Ayurvedic products?
Yes, herbal and Ayurvedic products are one of our categories. Rules for these products can differ depending on your claims, so tell us your product and claims and we will guide you.
Can you help with product claims, such as sun protection?
Claims need to be supported properly. Tell us the claim you want to make and our team will talk you through the formula and testing involved.
Delivery and support
How are finished products delivered?
Your finished products are shipped to you with batch records. Tell us your delivery location and we will confirm the details.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We deliver to India, UAE, Australia, USA, Canada and Latin America. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the details.
Can I reorder the same product?
Yes. When you want to reorder or grow, we are here to help, and for bulk we plan regular reorder schedules.
