Face Pack Manufacturer in India
A face pack manufacturer chooses a clay, powder or film-forming base, adds botanicals and checks that the pack dries, rinses or peels cleanly. Formuluxe makes clay, peel-off and ubtan packs from 1,000 units.

Face pack formats
| Format | Base | How it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Clay mask | Kaolin, bentonite, multani mitti | Applied, dried, washed off |
| Peel-off mask | Polyvinyl alcohol film | Applied, dried into a film, peeled |
| Ubtan or herbal pack | Powders such as gram flour, turmeric, sandalwood | Mixed with water or milk, or sold ready to use |
| Cream or gel pack | Emulsion or gel with actives | Left on, then rinsed |
Clay, film and powder
Clay absorbs oil but can dry skin, so we add humectants. Peel-off masks depend on a film-forming polymer and a solvent, and need a good balance between dry time and adhesion. Powder packs are dry, stable and low-risk, but microbial control of raw herbs is key.
Jars, tubes and sachets
Powder packs fit pouches and jars. Wet masks fit tubes. Sachets make low-cost trials. Choose the pack with the form.
How a face pack is developed
We start with the base: clay, film-former or herbal powder. We then set the water content so the pack spreads, dries in a sensible time and rinses or peels cleanly.
For powders, we check microbial quality of each botanical. For wet packs, we add a preservative suited to clay and plant extracts.
We test on skin for tightness and comfort, then adjust humectants so the mask cleans without leaving a dry feel.

10 to 15 minutes, until almost dry.
Is multani mitti good for oily skin?
It absorbs oil.
